Usually I’ll avoid posting about work stuff but I’ll make an exception this time and show you how my workstation looks like.
From some time back:

Recent pic:

Noteworthy item on desk:
USB fan, for times when waiting for aircon to go full blast or when coming back from a hot sunny day lunch.
Wacom graphic tablet, so useful when free handing some design or trying to do natural strokes. Or trying to lasso those complicated shape. Or when dont feel like using the mouse. The possibility is endless, get this if you dont have one.
Eye-mo. For tired eyes. Designers are meant to sleep late and have dark eyes. Deal with it.
Tissue pack. When you need to wipe your mouth, dry your hand, wipe a dirt, rub your nose, etc etc. Also used when after eating breakfast/lunch on desk.
Post-it notes. There is alot of on-the-fly things that goes on and having something to write on and put it up in a visible place is helpful.
Phone (hidden under the pieces of papers). To deal with client/publisher.
Calendar. Very useful in keeping track of campaigns.
Coaster + mug(out of picture). For coffee and healthy dose of water daily but mostly its for the coffee.
Dale soft-toy (behind lcd), a gift for christmas celebration from colleagues. Rescue rangers rocks ok?
