What a blast!
I just got back from vacation in Vietnam & Cambodia last month.
Have been waiting for this trip for almost 6 months, counting down the days to it.
And for the 1st time flying MAS for vacation (cheap air fare promotion).
Here are some photos.
In-flight food.

Cambodian food, amok chicken. Really nice yummmy.

Vietnamese food. Beef noodles.

More photos after the click.

After a few months of using the original strap for my Tank watch, it’s starting to wear out, cheap one ma…look at it also know already. So I’ve decided to change for a nicer one, with a deployment clasp.
After a few minutes of taking it out and putting in the new strap….ta da!

Using a XS strap cos my wrist are kinda small. Hope this one last for a while.

Watches to dream about (some of the cheaper ones may be in reach), in order of pricing:
Ball Fireman II

Ball Engineer Master2 Aviator

Ball Trainmaster 60 seconds

Special thing about Ball watches is that they used Tritium tube that glows no matter the lighting condition and doesnt require ‘charging’ and it will last all night long. The catch is that they ‘ONLY’ last 25 years, since that is the half life of tritium ( a harmless? radioactive material) Some of the watch have interesting tritium tubes color combinations.
Still cant decide between the 3 above.. Hmm…
Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean

Knock off Rolex to be on James Bond’s wrist. Good quality watch although not as well known as Rolex.
Rolex Sea Dweller

Cousin to the classic Rolex Submariner, this one have deeper depth rating and doesnt have the cyclops, or the magnifier on the date area. Somehow the cyclop is not really appealing to me. Pretty much a dream watch, hopefully can get it before I turn 50. LOL.
IWC Pilot’s Classic Mark XVI

ICW. Simple & elegant. Very understated.
PP 5296G Men’s Calatrava

(normal strap)
Ultimate (for me) watch to have, most likely not in my lifetime. Remains a dream.
That’s all for now!
